What is your minimum order?
Our minimum custom order is 5 hats.
What hats do you use?
North Woods Hat Co. primarily works with Yupoong hats. Available models and colors can be viewed in our hat collection.
When do I send my logo?
After your initial order and deposit, we'll send you a link where you can upload your business logo and additional embroidery instructions.
Do I pay for everything upfront?
No. A 50% deposit starts your order. The remaining 50% is due once your hats are completed and ready for shipment.
How long does an order take?
Production time depends on the quantity and order requirements. We'll provide an estimated turnaround once your order details are confirmed.
